Using the "Other" workaround?
If you've been placing orders for other industries under "Other" Sample Matrix Category and "Other" sample subtype, you can now switch to the correct industry. You'll get proper categorization, cleaner reporting, and industry-specific configurations. Existing orders remain as-is — your changes will apply to new orders going forward.
